When does GTA 6 come out?
GTA 6 comes out on Thursday, November 19, 2026, on PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X|S. Rockstar delayed it twice before settling on this date.
What time does GTA 6 unlock?
Rockstar hasn't announced an exact unlock time. Console games bought digitally usually unlock at midnight local time on release day, so that's what this countdown counts to. If Rockstar or the PlayStation and Xbox stores publish a different time, we'll update the timer.
Can you pre-load GTA 6?
Launch guides report that digital pre-orders can start downloading on November 12, 2026, a week before release. Pre-loading only gets the files onto your console; the game stays locked until launch. Check the PlayStation Store or Microsoft Store listing for your region.
Is GTA 6 coming to PC?
Not at launch. Rockstar hasn't announced a PC release date. GTA 5 reached PC about 19 months after it first came out on consoles, but Rockstar hasn't said whether GTA 6 will follow the same pattern.
Where can I track collectibles from launch day?
Hundo Maps is a free GTA 6 map and 100% checklist. From November 19 we add collectibles as they're confirmed, with numbered maps you can tick off. Your progress stays on your device, with no sign-up.
